Nora is always working hard with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. Theres always plenty of room to do my laundry. Very open and spacious. The machines use dollar coins yall! What an old-school treat. Well worth your drive and time. They also provide laundry service for you if you dont have the time. Hands down, The Best.

Comment: This will be our new place to take in our laundry for wash and fold service! The price is best in town and its not close at $1.19/lb. for a minimum of 15 pounds of laundry. The folding is great and all placed in a plastic trash bag once completed. Very clean place and even the bathrooms are clean. Love this place! The greeting from the staff could be better though. No smiles or a greeting from the staff since I started to go about 2 months ago. That will take this place to the next level.

I really appreciate how they have no cushioned chairs as they are easy to keep clean. Ive been to laundromats that have a frustrating card systems so I also appreciate that this laundromat is coin operated. Keep up the good work!

Comment: This facility is clean, bright, and has lots of machines. There are several different load sizes from 20lbs up to 70lbs. My clothes are always very clean, and not dripping wet when they come out of the machine. I haven’t used the dryers yet to comment on them. I love that the washers are fast. 24-34 minutes. I’ve used the delicate cycle Perfect!! The heavily soiled cycle Perfect. The business is family run and they are all very nice. Great music too. I’m glad I found this business. I feel safe and that I get a good value.

Comment: I just moved here and I’m looking for a wash, dry, & fold service. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and organized this place is. Staff are very welcoming and professional. I accidentally left my credit card in their payment machine and they called me right away. They kept it safe for me till I came back the next day. My clothes were all neatly packed, dress shirts all in hangers, and Charlie even helped me take them to my car!!! Excellent service! Awesome staff! Clean place, ample parking! They have 2 machines to change cash for coins. The washers can take dollar and quarter coins. Dryers only take quarters, but you have a whole dryer cycle for 1.25. They also have free WIFI. First time coming and will come again if need to. Very good place, full of nice and quite people.

This location offers laundry drop off so you can come by for the clothes later and have one of the staff do the washing and folding for you. Masks are required for entry and they ask that you stay in your vehicle during cycles if possible to allow space for social distancing.

I was worried about having to use a laundromat because in my experience they are always run down and dirty. Definitely NOT this place. It is one of the cleanest and well maintained laundromats Ive ever been to. Its always staffed and they are always so friendly everytime I come in. I can get all my laundry done in an hour. Ive also started using their wash, dry, fold service that they offer as some weeks I dont have the time to stay and wait to do it myself. It was quick, well priced and when I came to pick it up, they had it folded and sorted by sizes which made putting it away so easy. I will keep coming here for as long as I need a laundromat.

Comment: Our washer broke - as an interim solution found this place. First of all, I called and someone answered immediately. THANK YOU! I asked about machines, how to pay, she not only shared fees, she explained how long it takes for normal wash/dry cycle & advised of the special for that week. She also offered their laundry services & suggested busy vs slow time frames. I go Saturday around 1030 - always quiet, clean and smells sooo good! All that laundry detergent. The machines are amazing! New, clean, & easy to work. It costs extra for heavy soiled & extra rinse BUT normal cycles (including HOT WATER) work just fine. Exceptional customer service from the attendants even on a busy Saturday night. They have 20lb, 42lb, 62lb & 72lb washing machines. I made the mistake of underfilling the larger machines my first trip so tip 1 - if you can see the back of the machine youre good to go! If you use the larger machine use the basket pics to determine how much soap - a more sudsy soap you can use a tad less per basketfull. So the 42lb is what I use ($5.50) and I use 2.5 cups of detergent (persil). The clothes are ALWAYS SUPREME CLEAN and the cycle lasts 28 minutes. This is the equivalent of approx 6? baskets of clothes (rectangular ones) Ive used the 20lb machine its ($2.25) for my husbands heavily soiled items and my sons clothes. They hold less but wash just as good. I use these for them bc theyre clothes are so filthy I want them washed separately to ensure they get clean. A smaller machine batch on HOT makes a difference for heavily soiled clothes. They have laundry carts and tables for folding. I used the dryer the 1st trip just for fun 1.75 & huge. My 1st trip I washed a large basket & 3 small baskets of clothes in an hour including dry & fold time. I normally wash and dry clothes daily hence how we broke the washer and our dryer has been repaired twice in 10 years. (maytag). If you go weekly you spend about as much as you would renting to own a machine monthly ($40ish) depending on how many clothes you have, sheets, & towels. I have been 3 times so far and my kids love laundry day it takes us an hour including travel time to & fro. 1st trip was $20, second was $10, and 3rd trip was $17 Best experience thus far compared to laundromats with broken machines, machines that dont get your clothes clean OR a machine that leaves black marks on clothing (all of which did NOT happen here) this place has changed my thoughts about laundromats. They have an ATM and change machine. The machine gives $1 coins for 1, 5, & 10 bills also have a quarter machine & TV. 5 STAR DIAMOND STATUS! Happy laundering!

Comment: Good - really clean.Bad - Small loads are 2.25 biggest is 4.50. Dryer is either 1.25 or 1.75 For 24 minutes.Ugly - they gouge on stuff like detergent and hangers even. So make sure to bring your own stuff.I don’t like the higher prices than close by laundromats or the locked in dryer price. But, it’s really clean. I’ll probably return.

Comment: Visited for the first time last week after allowing my laundry to accumulate (too much for my little portable washer).Pros: Place was clean, washers were very new, gentlemen was very helpful.Cons: Only takes coins. They do have an ATM machine on site and bill exchanger.Would be great if they offered the ability to use credit/debit cards on machines themselves as does Lavenderia Laundromat off Babcock.Or some sort of laundry card as San Antonio Green Laundry does.Not sure if they clean machines after every wash as does San Antonio Green Laundry but from I could see machines were pretty clean.

Comment: This place is absolutely amazing. It is clean, has WiFi and a tv. It also has vending machines with snacks and drinks. The owners/managers are extremely accommodating and overall nice people. This has become our our go to laundry mat. The machines are new and clean. They have all different sizes of washers and two sizes of dryers. I cannot say enough good things about this place

Comment: New WaveMAX right by my apartment at The Kellar is so convenient. Staff is super awesome, customer service is great. Washers up to 77 lbs and they provide wifi and vending machines as well as TV to pass your time.
