Friendly staff who dont mind assisting the customers.I just realized four hours after I did my laundry that I had mistakenly left my bed sheets in the dryer. OMG ☺️I called and they held them for me to be picked up. The service and care they provide their customers is outstanding!!!!Thank you so much.

Comment: The ladies who work here are amazing! I had to bug-bomb my house which means all my clothing, linens, carpets, absolutely everything has to be washed. We had way more laundry than I realized... theres no way I could have done it all on my own in a timely manner. I was completely overwhelmed until a friend recommended this place. I brought them 13 big bags of laundry and it was done in a matter of two days. Everything smells SO good and every single item is folded nicely. They hung all my shirts and dresses for me. They provide their own hangers but I think you can bring your own as well. And everyone was extremely nice. They were so helpful during the whole process, not just one person but three different people I met were all amazing. Im so grateful for them. Highly recommend this location! The cost is extremely reasonable as well.

Sure, those are important, but in addition to those, what made a 5 for me was the attendant, Marie. Not overly in my face, she answered my questions competently and provided a warm, friendly environment to do my wash. Thanks!

Comment: The place is always clean and the machines run great. Much better than the unreliable machines of the laundromat of my apartment near by. I love the payment system of using an app on your phone where you can load funds and see how long you have left til the cycle is finished if youre on their wifi. Ive never used their wash and fold service but will definitely try it out if I ever have a need.

Comment: I had never dropped off laundry at a laundromat before. When I called ahead, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so kind when answering my questions. We had A LOT of stuff needing to be washed, EIGHT BAGS! Ms Janet was so sweet helping me and talking with me. I was honestly blown away when we picked it up a few days later. Ample places to sit, fold or watch TV. Many outlets with USB available as well. Comment: Cleanest Laundromat Ive seen. They have full service for those that are too busy to do there own. Attendants there full time. Constantly being cleaned and maintained. QR scan code to pay from phone. Toys for the kids. Vending, coin machine and ATM available. My favorite is theres a taco stand out back and if you need oil change station right next door. There is one gentlemen that works there that is deaf so if you think hes ignoring you hes not. Perfect location and great staff!

Comment: This is my third review. The first time I gave a five star review because I was very happy and excited with this laundromat location, because of the prices cleanliness of the location. And also the staff, and owners how friendly, and helpful they are. But one night, May 25 the young man that that works the evening shift didnt treat me well. So that is why I change my review and I gave them one star. But the truth is that besides that young man everybody else are great employees. So just because that one situation, I am not going to go some place else. Tonight I got here and there was a lady making sure that the location was clean. This is the reason why I keep coming to this location. I really like this location.

Comment: I absolutely love both locations. I live on 31st Street, so I mainly visit that location. The only issue I have with the Olaf location, is that my app does not work at this location only. I always have funds, and upon scanning the QR code to activate machines, the app gives me an error message, stating “insufficient funds “. Otherwise, Wavemax is 100% my go-to for laundry. Friendly staff, clean environment, always presentable. Love it.

Comment: There are 20, 30, 45, 62, and 77 pound load washers and a couple dozen dryers. Washing machines are $3-$8 for a standard load and take $1 coins and quarters. The dryers are spacious and are 25¢ per 7 minutes of drying time. There is an ATM, 2 change machines, a soap dispenser, and M&F bathrooms.This is probably the nicest laundromat Ive ever been to.
